Overview

Our client is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join their innovative team at a state-of-the-art behavioral clinic. This role involves working with children with autism and their families, providing compassionate and creative care. You will have the opportunity to lead therapy sessions, collaborate with a team, and contribute to the development of treatment goals. Key Responsibilities ● Lead impactful and engaging 30-minute therapy sessions with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder ● Complete daily treatment notes and submit progress summaries by the 1st of each due month ● Work closely with parents, BCBAs, and fellow professionals to create a collaborative approach to treatment goals ● Participate in company training and required professional development ● Submit accurate timesheets in line with the Central Reach calendar deadlines ● Prepare key reports (initials, re-evaluations, authorizations, AAC) that help drive client care forward ● Provide supervision to students, clinical fellows, or new hires when needed ● Maintain HIPAA compliance and keep confidentiality a top priority

Qualifications

Required
  • Master's degree or higher
  • 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
    • Pediatric Care
    • Pediatrics
  • Valid SLP
